The Insight Into Action process
In approaching any coaching relationship or project, we take a two-step approach:
Step 1 – Insight
In Step 1, we focus on the insights around your business, working together to:
- Consider the current situation, looking at where your business is in the life phase – start-up, growth or mature.
- Look at what you already know about your business, your customers and your industry, and supplement that with any research that’s needed to complete the picture.
- Determine your needs around business plan and model, operations and processes, marketing and sales, and customer relationships.
- Set clearly defined goals.
- Determine the best strategies for reaching your goals.
Step 2 – Action
In Step 2, we turn that Insight into Action, working together to:
- Brainstorm and select tactics that will fulfill your selected strategies.
- Create schedules and milestones for implementation.
- Support you and hold you accountable through continued growth.
The result is forward progress and the success that comes when you consistently work toward your goals and achieve them.
